Women’s Day
Exciting plans are taking shape for Everyone Everywhere Women’s Days, a new initiative from Everyone Everywhere designed to encourage, equip and connect women across the Baptist family.
Originally planned as a single weekday event in Northampton in March 2026, the organising team took time for prayerful reflection and recognised that the format would be difficult for many women to access. Work commitments, childcare responsibilities, travel distances and clashes with other events meant that some women would struggle to attend.
Rather than allow the vision to lose momentum, the team has reimagined the event into a series of Women’s Days taking place in different locations. The first gathering will be held on Saturday 7th November, 10am – 2pm at Sundon Park Baptist Church, Luton, creating opportunities for women to participate closer to home and within their own local contexts.

The decision has been shaped in part by the findings of Project Violet, which highlighted that many women continue to face obstacles that can hinder them from fully pursuing God’s missional calling. In response, these gatherings aim to encourage women, whether they are just beginning to sense God’s leading, or are already actively serving in mission and evangelism.
Each event will be led by local women, featuring a recorded keynote message from Ness Wilson (leader of Pioneer UK), and resourced with discussion questions, creative activities and prayer resources. The programme will also include worship, celebration, connection and encouragement, all tailored to the local setting.
With a theme of courage running throughout, the gatherings will create space for creative expression, formative prayer and practical engagement with different aspects of evangelism. Bringing women together in a shared experience rather than separate seminar streams, the events seek to inspire confidence and competence in sharing faith and starting new Christian communities.
The vision is simple: enabling more women with a heart for mission, in more places, to respond to God’s call - everyone, everywhere!
